Responsible for a more efficient procedural change made to the way files are accessed and updated in Lotus Notes.

Prior assignments were at the University of Southern California as Executive Assistant to Gerard Medioni, Chairman, Computer Science Center and as Executive Assistant to Dr. Abraham F. Lowenthal, Professor of International Studies and President of the Pacific Council for International Policy. Responsible for enhancing the automatic functions of reports using advanced Excel Functions. Also performed extraordinary duties including eye catching animated presentations with sound, manipulated photos and other graphical data manipulation (demo disc available). Involved in training of other administrators and sales representatives on necessary systems and applications software. Proficiency with all MS Office applications was required beyond the standard Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including Access and Front Page (for Web Page designing). Full use of Corel applications, including Presents, PhotoPaint and Corel Draw. Ulead 3D Animator also was utilized.  Received Sprint Value Excellence award.
Promoted   within Sprint from Branch Administrator to Sales Implementation Specialist. Responsible for the support of 3 TACs (Technical Applications Consultants). Project managed telecommunications installations, including data and voice products and related equipment, for mid and major accounts from initial sales through final implementation. Required the learning and utilization of multiple systems including FMS; RTS; CIS; MOM; TRS; LOTUS NOTES; DOC and various proprietary Intranet applications used for status research.
