In reference to a position for an Executive/Administrative Assistant, I am pleased to submit my Resume of Qualifications for your review. I am a professional administrator with sales team support, marketing, account and executive administrative experience and with the expertise to both administer and train others on all Microsoft Office software and most business software. I can work easily in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. I am organized, self-motivated, a good communicator, a fast learner and proactive. I also have a degree in data processing, experience in manufacturing and customer service, and can create eye-catching presentations (demo presentation available) or build a website. I am seeking a supportive environment in need of my diverse skills and unique background. Please also note that I have solid work ethics and pride myself in my ability to effectively combine my extensive computer skills with the task at hand. Salary is negotiable depending on responsibilities. I am currently employed in the Biomedical Engineering Department at the University of Southern California as Executive Assistant to Dr. Theodore Berger. I place a great deal of importance on a stable and friendly environment.
